Jen Sinkler is a very successful fitness and athletic minded and active person She’s the Editorial Director of Fitness Content for Experience Life magazine. Owned and operated by the Lifetime Fitness chain. She has played rugby at many levels, and even after ending her participation, she still keeps up on how to stay fit through exercise and eating right.
When she’s not working out, pumping iron, running and staying in shape, what kinds of things does Jen like to do with her time?
