Twitterview wiith Kasey Skala

Posted by on Monday, 31 January, 2011

@JoelECarlson – Good morning everyone, and welcome to the Twitterview of @kmskala. Lets start off the week with a bang!

@kmskala – Good morning!

Q – #1    So @kmskal, where did you grow up and go to High School? What did you start doing out of HS?

A: I grew up in southern MN in Owatonna. I was active in sports and also worked as a sports writer for our town’s paper

Q – #2    After HS, where did you go to college and what did you major in?

A: I went to @DrakeUniversity (notable MN alums @GregSwan & @missyberggren) and was a journalism major my freshman year

After shadowing Randy Shaver @ KARE11, he was subtle but clear that my dreams of being on ESPN probably wouldn’t happen

So I decided to change my major to public relations and have never looked back. Wise decision to change, IMO.

Q – #3    What kind of work do you do now, and are you involved with any local organizations?

A: Currently I work in communications for @GreatClips. I’m responsible for our corporate & brand communications (B2C side)

A big part of my work includes the reputation and community management of our online presence.

And I am a big supporter and active member of @minnesotaPRSA. Foundation of my work is still traditional PR

Q – #4    What kinds of things does the @minnesotaPRSA do and get involved with?

A: I help lead the organization’s communications committee which is essentially responsible for all comm efforts

So what our focus (@lulugrimm & @cbetancourtpr play huge role, too) is to figuring out how the org can remain relevant

and valuable for our members. So the three of us (@lulugrimm & @cbetancourtpr) focus on “modernizing” the org’s efforts

Q – #5    Lets go the FAVORITES: Restaurant, store, winter activity, comfort food and recent book?

A: Favorite restaurant by far is @BrodersPastaBar Best pasta in Minnesota. Also a fan of @pinstripesMN

Store: no surprise, I am addicted to @thepumastore at Mall of America. Winter activity: sit by the fire and read.

Best book I’ve read recently is The Secret Life of Houdini: The Making of America’s First Superhero.

I only read non-fiction and it was fascinating to read about Houdini and his life.

Q – #6    You are a good Foursquare user. What kind of benefits have you received from doing so?

A: If it’s for free, it’s for me. A number of restaurants around where I work give free items to those who check-in.

Most importantly though, it helps to see what others are doing with it from a biz perspective.

Plus, if I become mayor of all the businesses around my work, I expect them to erect a bronze statue of me.

Q – #7    To close, what is your hope or expectation for PR in Minnesota?

A: Minnesota has a bright and active PR community. It’s competitive yet we still are supportive and helpful of each other

While we’re known nationally for our ad community, we’re doing great things to put MN PR on the map.

I think as we go on, businesses and professionals will really look at our community as a leader in the PR space.

@JoelECarlson – Thanks for your time, comments and humor mixed in today @kmskala! Have a great afternoon!

@kmskala – You as well. Thanks for the opportunity. Stay warm and out of the snow!

@JoelECarlson – Hello to @RebeccaCBS and to everyone following today’s Twitterview at #jectv. Lets get rolling!

@RebeccaCBS – let’s do this!

Q – #1    So @RebeccaCBS, please share where you grew up? What High School did you attend, and what did you start doing out of HS?

A: I grew up in NE Minneapolis…Nordeast! Great neighborhood…wonderful neighbors…they taught me the meaning of community.

I lived in NE MPLS in the same house all through childhood and went to St. Paul Academy for high school…after that, I moved to Chicago

to attend the University of Chicago…which is where I studied economics and constitutional law…and loved it

Q – #2    How long from when you were in college until you you appeared on the @ApprenticeNBC, and how was that experience?

A: After college, I went to work as an investment banking analyst…and from there, began writing about biz/econ news for crain’s

and biz mag, Business 2.0…I made the transition from banking to reporting by pitching every editor (who would take my calls/mtgs)

stories about trends I was seeing in the biz world…for example – a story I pitched in 2005 about banks and cos taking on huge debts

and then about 2.5 yrs out of college, I went on The Apprentice

Q – #3    With @TheEarlyShow, what kinds of stories do you cover? Who is one business leader you’d love to interview?

A: With @TheEarlyShow I cover all kinds of biz, econ, mkts stories…I try and focus on the things that impact

your wallet, your savings, your future… it’s really important to me that i break things down…and bring a well

researched perspective that’s understandable…and news you can use. I talk to biz owners, traders, economists, analysts, CEOs

every day. i read constantly. and nothing irks me more than unclear/wrong/misleading info about $.

my goal is to get away from the spin, and bring @theearlyshow viewers the truth…and answers that can help them…every day

Q – #4    On a recent show, you talked about not being on Facebook yet. What made you choose Twitter ahead of Facebook?

A: <laughing> good question… i don’t think there’s a scientific answer. i just never really got into Facebook and I saw

many of my colleagues and friends accessing Twitter and loving it…and it made me curious… but i was apprehensive

what would i say? would it be personal or for work? how much time would i spend on twitter every day? ultimately, i decided to try it

btw.. I’m not against joining Facebook but at this point, I have so much going on, & wud rather save that time for friends and fam

Q – #5    There are a lot of Social Media options out there. Good for you not to rush into one. Are you into the tablet/iPad craze?

A: ha… I recently joined the tablet craze and got an iPad… really do love it. It’s easy and portable and let’s me read

in transit… If it’s 5a, I’m probably reading the newspaper on my iPad…my morning ritual (mon -fri) is wake, coffee, shower, read

and i have to say reading on iPad is much easier than trying to do it on my bberry. also use it to watch movies in flight..and ebooks

Q – #6    Cool for you! :) Now for your FAVORITES: Restaurant, store (brick/mortar), comfort food and news/storyteller.

A: aah….FAVORITES are some of the hardest things for me to answer…but i’ll give it a go…

restaurant: my most frequent craving – Chipotle… store: Target (or tar-jay as my fam calls it), they have EVERYTHING…

comfort food: mac & cheese // nachos… news/story teller: there are so many people I respect in this field. i name 1 and another

immediately comes to mind… there are two who’ve played the most significant role in my life, and that’s my mom @gailmarksjarvis

she writes for the ChicagoTribune and wrote for the Pioneer Press and MN Public Radio when I was a child…and my grandfather – Jerry Marks

my grandpa watches @theearlyshow every day and critiques my work…to grow up with those two major influences really shaped my view

of the news, telling good stories, and making information accessible. I love them both dearly and I really respect their work

Q – #7    That’s awesome! To close, what advice would you give to students looking to do your line of work?

A: Thanks @JoelECarlson . I think for anything, to achieve, you have to work incredibly hard. You have to keep your head up and keep learning

Learn which people you can trust, and ask them a lot of questions. Practice your craft…don’t just use assignments to improve,

do behind the scenes work…for e.g. watch/read great work; watch/read stories, and write your own version. Ask ur boss for feedback

and work like mad to implement it. Personally, I think having a biz background has really helped me be a better journalist…so if

you’re a student now, and asking yourself whether to study journalism, or something else, i say – write for the newspaper,

do all the work of a journalist that you can… and study a topic you’d love to cover someday…it will differentiate your skills

at same time…don’t fear if that’s not the path you’ve taken. just work really hard and be sure to listen to good mentors

@JoelECarlson – Thank you @RebeccaCBS for your time, openness and comments today. Catch you tomorrow on @TheEarlyShow!

@RebeccaCBS – Thanks so much to @JoelECarlson and to all who listened to the Twitterview!

@JoelECarlson – Hello, and welcome to the Twitterview @KO_Comm today. She’s a busy person, so lets get this thing started!

@KO_Comm – Nice to be here!

Q – #1    So @KO_Comm (Kris), where did you grow up? What High School did you attend and what did you do after HS?

A: Grew up in southern MN and graduated from @StOlaf (Um! Yah! Yah!) w/English major.

Got my M.A. in English from U of MI (Ann Arbor); learned about PR while researching careers using writing.

Oh and my HS was Cleveland MN — 34 in graduating class.

Q – #2    Wow, a class of 34! It must have been the same people in most of your classes K-12 I’d imagine?

A: Yeah, K-12, but they kept the young kids away from us scary teens. Basically knew those in grades above/below.

Q – #3    Interesting. Now please share some of your working career up from college until you got to @cmithun.

A: Started as intern, worked up ranks at @WSMpls (Mona Meyer McGrath & Gavin), job-shared PR dir at @MNSCU’s Metro State…

…returned to agency life part time @CL_Spong. Took time off while kids were little, freelanced and now am @cmithun

I love agencies –

Q – #4    What is your role at @cmithun, and what does entail as to your work activities?

A: I’m dir of corp comm. So I handle the PR effort /communications of the agency, to raise visibility of @cmithun.

Basically the agency is my client, so I spread the word about our work, create opp’s to showcase our braintrust …

…which involves sharing our news and pro-active things like our blog, our live-streamed digital events, etc..

Q – #5    Lets now shift to your personal life. You’ve expanded your family in a special way over the years. Please share.

A: We’ve adopted three kids from S. Korea and traveled there twice. Very awesome privilege and journey.

Q – #6    After you adopted your 1st child, is the process easier since you are in the “system” as it were already?

A: Not really, other than you know the ropes. The paperwork all expires; you still have to update the home study. ..

…but we certainly didn’t spend as much time answering the essay questions. Being able to write helps. :)

Q – #7    On your comment regarding writing, do you like writing stories, poetry and things of that nature?

A: I do. Have done some short stories, some essays and have a kids’ novel rattling around in my head…

Have taken classes @loftliterary; great place. Trying different kinds of writing makes a better writer, I think.

Q – #8    So are you aiming to or have you had anything published?

A: I have something ready to send out, but am mostly focused on cranking out @cmithun copy, which I’m totaly enjoying.

err: totally (make that 2 “l”s)

Love how our field is a combo of craft/art.

Q – #9    You’re human! :) Lets find out your FAVORITES: restaurant, store, winter activity, TC’s neighborhood & recent book.

A: I live in historic downtown @Stillwater_MN (akin to Chaska, cc: @gregswan), so love my local haunts there…

Winter activity: XC skiing for sure. Just got skate skis this year to try and keep up w/my kids. Loving all this SNOW!

Just read Stockett’s The Help. Loved it. Started Kingsolver’s Lacuna, but it isn’t as good as Poisonwood Bible.

Q – #10    Your comment about your field being a combo of craft/art. Please explain that further in some detail.

A: Sure. We need to know the PR craft for sure, but choosing/using just the right words def is part art, as well…

I love that our work/words can empower a brand’s personality, perception and marketplace performance. ..

It’s an awesome privilege/responsibility. Each communications scenario matters. And makes a difference.

Q – #11    Words can be powerful, as Tweeters well know! So to close, what thought or mantra would you like people to think about?

A: I have a fav quote: “To hold a pen is to be at war” –Voltaire. Good luck (and have fun) on the battlefield!

@JoelECarlson – Thanks @KO_Comm for your time and sharing some of your life in 140+ characters today. Have a great day Kris!

@KO_Comm – Pleasure to chat w/you. Thanks. Happy day to you as well.

@JoelECarlson – Hello everyone, and welcome to the Twitterview of creative-brained-groundhog-loving @gregswan. Lets get this thing started!

Q – #1    So @gregswan, where did yo grow up? Where did you go to HS and where did you go for schooling after HS?

A: I grew up in Iowa. Attended @drakeuniversity where I studied public relations and the changing nature of journalism.

Q – #2    So after Drake U, what was your first job, and how did you end up at @WeberShandwick?

A: I’m really glad I grew up in a small rural community. Good grounding. And married my h.s. sweetheart @feebusfeet :)

While I was still in h.s. I started working at an ad agency. Was there 4 yrs. Learned a lot about branding, paid media.

It was an unrivaled experience to learn about a marketing concept at school in am then go to it in “real life” in pm

Later I wrote for what become @dmcityview then co-founded an arts mag where I was editor in chief http://bit.ly/i8cbek

My wife and I chose to move to Minneapolis, largely because of the opportunities, entertainment, music scene here

When I graduated, I sent out two resumes and got two jobs. I chose @kohnstamm, which was a fantastic experience.

Then I came over to @wsmpls / @webershandwick, and the rest is history. Almost 12 years working at agencies now.

Q – #3    Many may know about your music blog. What is it called, and when did you start it?

A: I started @perfectporridge, my music blog, about 6 years ago. It’s grown into a BEAST that demands to be fed every day.

Here’s the most recent review from this morning: “Loch Lomond get into the skin around my eyes” http://bit.ly/efJjhF

Q – #4    How has Social Media effected the “PR world” and how it helps companies?

A: Social marketing is a natural extension of the philosophy behind Public Relations as a discipline.

But in the words of Spiderman, w/ great power comes great responsibility. I wrote a post about it http://bit.ly/flOhvg

Because practically everything today is social, we must be operating in a post-social media mindset to stay relevant.

Q – #5    As part of your work, you get to do some traveling. What cities have you been to, and does SM help in your visits?

A: I travel all over for work in the 48 and as far away as Spain and Alaska. SM is great for staying in touch w/ my family

If you travel often, I recommend checking out @uppward, a new socnet for frequent flyers.

Q – #6    Great! Let now get some of your FAVORITES: Restaurant, store, winter activity, comfort food & TC’s neighborhood.

A: I live in historic downtown Chaska, which not many people know exists. It’s a century old community akin to Stillwater.

So my favorite restaurants would have to be locally owned Tommy’s Malt Shop, @puremarket and the new La Quebrada.

Since I have 3 kids four and under most of my free time is dedicated to wrestling, coloring, wrestling, and wrestling.

And @doughamlin wants me to share that I have a “You’ve Got Mail” ringtone for text messages that makes me extra cool.

Q – #7    You get “Geek Cred” for that! To end, what would you encourage people interested in getting into PR to learn about?

A: Advice to those interested in PR: get an education beyond reading books/blogs then balance with “real” experience.

And I’m off to a meeting. Someone else can spam your Twitter feed for the next hour or so. Thanks

@JoelECarlson – Thank you @gregswan for your insight and time today. I enjoyed your “Batman in Seattle” photo blog entries! Take care.

@JoelECarlson – Hello everyone! Welcome to the Twitterview of @jclong of @KSTPsports. Lets play!

Q – #1    So @jclong, where did you grow up, where did you go to HS and did you play any sports then?

A: I grew up in Washington DC. Went to Quince Orchard HS. Played about every sport, but hockey & lacrosse were my best.

Q – #2    Great to have you along Chris! What position(s) did you play for hockey and for lacrosse?

A: I was a hockey forward, lacrosse goalie. Odd combination, I know. Was better at lacrosse, but liked hockey a lot more.

Q – #3    I see. So after HS, where did you go to college and what did you major in?

A: I was lucky enough to get accepted into the University of Missouri School of Journalism. Had no business getting in…

Made the most of it once I was in. Majored in Broadcast Journalism. #Mizzou really gave me a great career foundation.

Q – #4    No big deal. So share how you went from graduating at #mizzou to getting to @KSTP. What was your path?

A: Did ‘move-back-in-with-my-folks’ in Indianapolis after college. Bartended & was assistant coach on a HS hockey team…

Got offered to do fill in sports anchoring at a TV station in Duluth while they searched for a permanent replacement…

I ended up getting the full time gig. Was there for 8 years, then when thetstation closed, I landed in Ft Myers FL…

I always wanted to get back to MN, so when the job opened at @KSTP… I pounced. I’ve been here almost a year now.

I worked hard every step of the way, but I freely admit every job I’ve had has come from networking. It’s invaluable.

Q – #5    Networking is important! So how do you see sports reporting changing due to Social Media’s growth?

A: Everything now is immediate. We used to live in a 6pm/10pm world. Now it’s get the story, get it out there…

Even as recently as the station I was at before @KSTP, we’d hold off on posting stories to the web until it ran on air.

Now, especially with Twitter, everything is immediate. It’s affected accuracy, which bothers me.

However, I LOVE the interaction w/ viewers thru Twitter, FB, etc. It’s a huge benefit we didn’t have in the past

Q – #6    Fans/followers now have faces and not just ratings numbers right? Do you ever post phone-video for updates on yourself/story?

A: In fact, my phone has an app that – in a pinch – could send live video straight onto the air… which amazes me.

I’m more inclined to post pics, especially for personal stuff vs. stories. But phone-vid is a great tool for TV news.

Q – #7    Awesome! What have been some of your favorite stories that you’ve covered so far in MN?

A: The H.S. hockey tourney is my most favorite thing I have ever covered. There’s nothing that even comes close.

I’ve covered a World Series, 3 Super Bowls, All-Star Games, etc. But the MN HS Hockey tourney blows my mind every year.

Q – #8    Lets now find out your FAVORITES: Restaurant, store, winter activity, comfort food & non-MN city.

A: Favorite restaurant I’ve been to in town is Hell’s Kitchen in downtown Mpls. Their homemade peanut butter is insane.

Not much of a shopper, but I’ll say my favorite stores are the local independent record stores. I’m a music fanatic.

Favorite winter activity is playing, watching or talking about hockey. Favorite comfort food is my mom’s chili.

Tough to pick one favorite non MN city but my family’s annual vacation spot – Duck, NC – is a pretty special place.

Hard not to pick my hometown of D.C. or Dingle, Ireland … but the Outer Banks of North Carolina are spectacular!

Q – #9    Here’s one for you. If you could interview ANY athlete, (dead/alive) who would it be and why?

A: Wow, tough one. Thru my career, I’ve been lucky enough to talk to most of my idols – Gretzky, Ripken, Yzerman…

I guess professionally right now, I’d like to have a shot at interviewing Tiger Woods. So many things one could ask…

Personally, I’d want to be able to talk to the late Len Bias. I loved him when I was a kid and he played at Maryland.

Q – #10    Understandable. To end, what advice would you give to a young journalist interested in sports reporting?

A: Covering sports for a living – TV, radio, paper, etc – looks like it’s all fun and games. It’s most definitely not…

Especially in the smaller markets, it’s an incredible grind. A lot of people don’t know what they’re getting into…

College and family ties gave me a clear picture of that going in. You really have to love what you’re doing…

And you’d better be prepared to run up some debt when you start. Starting salaries in this biz would shock people.

f you can handle that, work on your writing… and never stop working at it. It’s the foundation of everything we do

Good writers are invaluable… and not everyone in this business is one. It’s a lost and dying art.

@JoelECarlson – Good points! Maybe we’ll see you on @ESPN or @ABCsports some day. :) Thanks for your comments & time today. Stay warm!

@jclong – Thanks Joel! As always on Fri/Sat I’ll be on Ch 45 in the 9pm tonight… then on @KSTP in the 10p.

Had a blast with the Twitterview… and thanks to everyone reading along. You may now have your timelines back!

Twitterview with Jen Emmert

@JoelECarlson – Hello, and welcome to the “Late-Night” Twitterview with @priorfatgirl. Lets get cooking…in a healthy way! :)

Q – #1    So @priorfatgirl, where did you grow up? Where did you attend HS & what did you do after HS?

A: Grew up in MPLS. High school = Champlin Park. After HS I did the college thing and ATE!

Typical post-high school routine. Worked FT & college nights which led to a lot of eating out, little workout out

Q – #2    I see. Did you have certain foods that were a weakness, or just anything & everything?

A: I didn’t have much for cooking skills so it was either from a restaurant or out of a box (just add water)

Q – #3    So when did you get that “it’s time for a change” feeling inside yourself?

A: a few yrs back, I was invited to a weight loss surgery seminar. Although I didn’t do the surgery, I was a candidate.

That was hard. It was an eye opener. I never realized how big I was. I thought I hid it well.

I left the seminar and joined a gym. Weight loss surgery was an option but one I opted not to take.

Q – #4    So how did you start losing all of the weight that you did, and when did you start blogging about it?

A: I started working out at the gym, 5-6 days/wk. In beginning it was slow on treadmill. Eventually I found the elliptical

I didn’t lose as much weight as I anticipated right away so a friend suggested I keep a food journal. That helped A LOT

I started blogging months after journey started when I realized I needed an outlet. A place to vent w/ ppl who got IT

Blogging quickly became my therapy. A place to whine and cry about how unfair it was that I seemed to struggle so much

As well as a place to share exciting things (non-scale victories or weight loss goals) & have people cheer w/ me

Q – #5    So how much weight did you lose in total? How have you been able to help others with the same goal? Any events?

A: I’ve lost 90lbs total and have maintained for 1.5 years now. I’ve tried to help others fight through the emotional side

Losing weight isn’t just about eating the right foods and doing the 5 exercises to get a flat tummy.

Being healthy is about fighting through the emotional drama that prevents you from eating healthy foods & hitting gym

I’ve had a couple of get-togethers w/ speakers to share on topics I find of interest too. Dietitians and such.

Q – #6    Is it still an emotional battle, in addition to a portions battle, to keep the weight off?

A: it’s emotional battle to control portions, not in addition to.Every meal,it is conscious thought on portion, even still

Q – #7    Lets shift a bit. Your FAVORITES: Restaurant, store, winter activity, comfort food & recent book?

A: Favorites… Restaurant: Subway. Store: All cuz I can shop anywhere now! Winter activity? I’m an indoors kinda gal!

Other favorites? fluffy dogs, cashews & eggs (but not together).

Q – #8    Fluffy dogs?? Your story is great Jen! To end, what mantra or motivation can you share to help others win the fight!

A: Forever and ever: One breath at a time, one step at a time. One bite, one decision.

@JoelECarlson – Thanks @priorfatgirl for your inspiration, time and comments. Keep up the good work and good spirit!

@PriorFatGirl – Thanks for twitterviewing me & sharing my story!

Twitterview with Mykl Roventine

Posted by on Tuesday, 18 January, 2011

@JoelECarlson – Good morning everyone! Welcome to the Twitterview of @myklroventine. Lets get started!

@myklroventine - I’m ready. Good morning!

Q – #1    So @myklroventine, where did you grow up? What HS did you attend and what did you do after HS for school/training?

A: I was raised in Rhode Island by New Yorkers. Attended HS in Providence at LaSalle Academy.

My HS had a connection with St. Mary’s U in Winona, MN. That’s how I wound up out here. Been in MN ever since.

Q – #2    What did you major in at the U? What was your 1st job out of college? What led you to what you do know?

A: I did a lot of theater in HS and that carried on to my college years. Started majoring in art transitioned to theater

Theater shaped the next decade or so for me. Did different bits of arts mangement in TC theaters.

Marketing, fundraising, outreach, etc. All the while doing freelance graphic design. Went back to school for web design

in 2000 (Globe College) and have been doing that ever since.

Q – #3    So lots of “drama” in your early years? :) Do you do freelance work or have you primarily worked as an employee?

A: Yeah, soooo different from my life now ;) I’ve always done both. It’s been a nice way to add some variety

Q – #4    I see. You are a busy man! So when did you first connect with @RickMahn and start working on @SMBMSP?

A: You could say that. I’m lucky to be able to do so much of what I love. I first met Rick around the 3rd breakfast or so.

That was about 2 years ago. I was so happy to find the group that I started volunteering right away.

We formalized the arrangement to co-coordinator about a year and half ago.

Q – #5    In addition to your work & @smbmsp, do you have any other interests or side-hobbies that you enjoy doing?

A: Absolutely. I’m involved in coordinating a number of other local groups – @unsummit, @techkaraokempls and @ignitempls.

I’m a board member for @cheerfulgivers try to do as much nonprofit work as I can. My kids take up the rest of my time.

Although I also love photography and reading and try to squeeze them in where I can.

Q – #6    So in your spare time you sleep & eat? :) What drives you to be involved in these groups? How have you benefited?

A: Sleep? There’s something I don’t do much of. That’s what coffee is for isn’t it? I’m driven by my passion for community

I believe we’re living at the dawn of something truly significant and that online (& IRL) communites are going to

reshape the future. Not just through socializing, but change the way we learn, grow and relate to each other.

I also have this desire to leave the world (and the web) a little better than the way i found it.

That’s probably the closest I have to a life philosophy.

Q – #7    Nice! Now for the FAVORITES: Restaurant, store, winter activity, Twin Cities neighborhood, comfort food & recent book.

A: I’m a St Paul fan, so most of my faves are on this side of the river. Restaurant: Pazzaluna. Store: Ax-Man Surplus

Wnter activity: mostly staying indoors in denial. Neighborhood: tie btwn Lowertown & Grand Ave. Comfort food: Chinese

Recent book: Pirate Latitudes by Michael Crichton

I should have said War and Peace or something more substantial.

Q – #8    What’s either a personal or professional goal that you have made for yourself to accomplish in the next year or so?

A: I’m trying to work smarter. I have a bunch of new projects/ventures I’d like to launch but I need to maintain

the current stuff as well. I think the key lies in better time management and knowing my limits. Fingers crossed.

Q – #9    The Twin Cities gets a good deal of pub about Advertising. What needs to happen to get more pub about Web/SM/Dev?

A: Great question! There is so much talent and passion in town in these areas, I think it’s just a matter of time before

it becomes something we’re better known for. It’s starting to change. The numbers are getting out.

@JoelECarlson – To close, thank you so much @myklroventine for your time, your comments and the work that you do. Keep rocking!

@myklroventine – It’s been a pleasure, Joel. Thank you for your work highlighting the folks in our amazing local community.
